On the right is the first bedroom with two single beds( mattress 90 cm - can be joined together) and an ensuite bathroom which has a shower with curtain. On the left is the second bedroom with double bed (mattress 160 cm - can be divided) and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain. A stairway( 14 steps) leads to the third double bedroom(mattress 160cm - can be divided). Going 4 steps up is the ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200
