The sleeping area includes: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 1 (5 people): Suite 1 is located on the first floor, offers a beautiful view of the countryside and is accessed via an independent staircase. It is composed of: living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 2 (6 people): Suite 2 is also located on the first floor, offers a nice view of the pool and is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of: living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.
Suite 3 (3 people): Suite 3 is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the inside with independent access. It consists of: living/dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Known for glass processing and food and wine products of high quality (such as The White Truffle), Montaione boasts a strategic location that allows to reach quickly the main and the most beautiful cities of Tuscany like Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa.
There are also some ancient Tuscan villages, little pearls of the surrounding area, easily accessible by car such as:
- Volterra, a famous Etruscan city with its walls and museum;

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
• Smoking is prohibited in the house
• Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
• All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
• Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
• Party planning is not allowed.
• The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
• Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
• Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
• The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Le Cascine. The property is perfect for a large group of families. There is a single central villa with separate apartments each with their own kitchen which means you can all be together but each family can still have their own space. The pool is excellent - large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. There is a large covered area by the pool with plenty of space to dine and relax. The air conditioning worked well everywhere which was essential for a week in the high 30s. The kitchen was well equipped with a good space for inside dining and game playing. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. We had a magical week- highly recommended.

Great villa in Tuscany for a big group of people/friends. Has everything you need to accomodate for a big group, huge swimming pool, bbq, big kitchen, everyone has their own bathroom etc. Would definitely recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with a big group. Please note that a car is recommended in this area if you want to leave the villa, and that the road to the villa is a dirt road and not well maintained. Please take this into account.

l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la sig.na Francesca è stata eccezionale e ci ha aiutato ad ogni richiesta, La location è un po' datata ma molto bella e comoda, ma la cosa che rende speciale questa residenza è la splendida vista sui colli toscani.
