Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
CITY TAX
Halldis is required to ask guests to pay the City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 2€ per person per night, for the first 4 nights of stay only for those over 12 years of age.
SERVICES
To be paid with the rental price and before arrival:
Final cleaning (mandatory): 150€
On request: tours, airport pick up, massages, yoga etc.
GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbour policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbours and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
