Villa Cascia is located in the municipality of Reggello, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, halfway between Florence and Arezzo.
Despite having its own private garden and swimming pool, the villa is not completely isolated but it is close to other facilities.
This area boasts a rich artistic and architectural heritage (including several churches, parishes, museums of sacred art and the Sammezzano Castle, notable for its Moorish Revival architectural style and its wide park), and is just 40 km from Florence.
Reggello is located only 6 km from the villa and here you will find all necessary services: grocery stores, bakery, post office, bank/ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarket.
The municipality of Reggello also offers some natural treasures, such as the forest of St. Anthony (a protected nature area of local interest, covering 900 hectares) and the forest of Vallombrosa (a biogenetic nature reserve rich in conifer woods, hosting an extraordinary abbey of Benedictine monks). The forest of Vallombrosa has one of the most famous experimental arboretum of Europe, containing about 3200 exemplars of 1200 different species coming from all over the world. This area has several marked hiking paths and nature itineraries that can be explored on mountain bike, on foot, or on horseback.
The proximity to the Chianti Classico region - known worldwide for the prestigious wine – allows you to visit its charming villages such as Gaiole, Radda and Castellina.
For sports lovers, we suggest to get to the nearby riding center (1 km), the tennis club (6 km) and the golf club (24 km).

The property (200 sqm), finely restored and spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The interiors, furnished with taste and attention, are embellished with traditional beamed ceilings, terracotta parquet floors, and walls painted in rich pastels.
Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, consisting of a living room (with antique fireplace, TV, and comfortable sofa); a dining room (with a long wooden table for 12 people), and a kitchen, fully equipped with oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and small breakfast table. The living room leads directly to the covered terrace, equipped with a dining table for pleasant alfresco meals.
Following a double bedroom with an impressive four-poster bed and a small en-suite toilet.
First floor: The upper floor, reachable via stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows: two twin rooms and two triple rooms (one with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and private balcony).
There is also the main bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
