Description
Villa Due Case is composed by 2 beautiful stone cottages located close to each other in the municipality of Rignano sull'Arno, in the Chianti area and only half an hour by car from Florence. The property boasts a private garden with a lounge area, gazebo and large wooden dining table, ideal for pleasant alfresco meals. Next to the gazebo is a delightful swimming pool (10 x 5 m) equipped with parasol, sunbeds, deckchairs and a swing. From the pool you can admire a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. On the back of the cottages you will find a large outdoor area with fairy-tale atmosphere, children's play area, tables and barbecue where the owners occasionally organize small events. This area can be used by the guests and, upon request, it is possible to organize lunches, buffets or dinners.

Villa Due Case is located in the municipality of Rignano sull'Arno, in the area of Chianti and just half an hour by car from Florence. This area boasts a rich artistic and architectural heritage (including several churches, parishes, museums of sacred art and the Sammezzano Castle, notable for its Moorish Revival architectural style and its wide park). Rignano sull'Arno is located only 6 km from the villa and here you will find all necessary services: grocery stores, post office, bank/ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarket. Among the natural treasures, you will find: the forest of Vallombrosa (a biogenetic nature reserve rich in conifer woods, hosting an extraordinary abbey of Benedictine monks) and the forest of St. Anthony (a protected nature area of local interest, covering 900 hectares). The forest of Vallombrosa has one of the most famous experimental arboretum of Europe, containing about 3200 exemplars of 1200 different species coming from all over the world. This area has several marked hiking paths and nature itineraries that can be explored on mountain bike, on foot, or on horseback. The proximity to the Chianti Classico region - known worldwide for the prestigious wine - allows you to visit its charming villages such as Gaiole, Radda and Castellina. Arezzo and Siena are also easily reachable by car. Lastly, if you love shopping, we recommend a visit to The Mall Outlet (8 km), where you can find the most important brands of international fashion.
Interior Description
The two cottages consist of 4 apartments (two for each cottage) and can accommodate up to 14 people for a total of 6 bedrooms (including 2 loft rooms) and 4 bathrooms. Each apartment, internally characterized by exposed beams and Florentine terracotta flooring, is made up of 1 double bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Moreover, two apartments also have 2 loft rooms (each with 3 single beds), while the other two apartments have a sofa bed (that can be used if necessary). Air conditioning has an extra cost. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.

- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
