Interior Description
The accommodation equipped with every comfort is on two floors; on the ground floor we find a large living room with exposed beams where the kitchen and living room are skilfully separated by a large decorative fireplace*, a single bedroom (with window over cavity), guest toilet and complete bathroom with bathtub**. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor with a large double bedroom with complete bathroom with ensuite shower, 2 double bedrooms and complete bathroom with tub/shower. Guests will also be able to enjoy an elegantly furnished and fenced garden and porch (70m2) for exclusive use, as well as the shared swimming pool from where you can admire a splendid view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. The shared garden also features a children's play area.

Please contact the contact person a couple of days before arrival to arrange check-in details.
DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
UTILITIES:
A cash deposit of €400 per week is to be paid to the owners upon arrival to cover electricity and gas consumption. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to the guests upon departure; if consumption exceeds the deposit, an additional payment will be required.
– Electricity is charged at €0.70/kWh and gas for hot water and heating at €1.90/m³.

To be paid with the rental price and before arrival:
Final cleaning (mandatory): 250€
Utilities (mandatory): 400€
Not included in the rental price
Baby bed (on request): 50,00€
GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200"
