Stanze molto belle, bagni spaziosi, cucina dotata di tutto con ampio tavolo.
Centro commerciale con ampio parcheggio subito di fronte, parcheggio coperto nell'edificio in alternativa. Magnifico lounge bar con vista all'ultimo piano. Autobus e stazione per Venezia a pochi minuti a piedi. Prezzo onesto. Consigliatissimo.

Appartement très fonctionnel avec de jolies prestations, à moins de 10 min de la gare.

As per the description. Nice place. A few technical issues but they got sorted out the next day. Nice view and practical location.

Appartamento completo di tutto, con una vetrata che consente una visuale strepitosa sulla città.
Funziona tutto perfettamente, c'è una wifi specifica per ogni appartamento, e inoltre ai piani più alti del grattacielo c'è un ottimo bar ristorante.

Excellent apartment. Everything was great during the stay. The apartment is very new and clean, with amazing views. Very comfortable for two people. Also the restaurant is fantastic, with 360º views of the city and with very quality food. The terrace on the rooftop is also incredible, to relax and enjoy having some drinks. It is also very easy and fast to get to Venice, the train station and bus station are very close and it takes about 10min to get to Venice. The location is great too. We highly recommend this apartment and building for a longer stay or who prefers a place more quiet than Venice.

We stayed in the apartment 1604 on the 16th floor.
The building is very good located if you plan to visit Venice. The bus stop is very near (2 minutes on foot) and the ride to the main bus station in Venice lasts 15-17 minutes. On the way back to Mestre it usually takes only 12-14 minutes.
The communication with the employees during reservation process and check-in was excellent and they were all extremely nice and helpful!
The parking place is available in the building and on the open parking lot next to the building.
The beds are comfortable. The sofa bed has a real matress that makes it very good for sleeping but it is for the persons not taller than 165 cm.
When compared the apartments in Venice and this apartment, this is an excelent accommodation for the paid price.
Also, there is a security at the entrance.
The refigerator makes no noise at all.
The bedlinen and towels are very fine.
If you stay there in winter, it will be difficult to have the coats and shoes tidy in the room (there is one coat rack).
If you want that the room is in the morning dark, you can not have the balcon doors open as the shades are inside not outside the walls.
I chose this apartment to have the view towards Venice. At that side and hight is very noisy (from the streets and the shipyard). Despite that, we slept very well with the open door.
In the bathroom it would be helpful that the metal storage under the sink had all four wheels (instead of 2), so that it can be moved and used.
I cannot describe the accomodation as excellent but the facit is that I would definitely recommend it to the friends and stay there again as I still haven´t found the accomodation that has better value for money!

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Venezia. La stazione dista 15 minuti a piedi ed i treni passano ogni 10 minuti con destinazione stazione di santa lucia.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung im 7. Stock. Bei klarem Wetter kann man bis Venedig schauen. Alles super sauber, toller Empfang der uns bis ins Apartment bringt. Das war unsere 2. Buchung in diesem Gebäude und die 3. Buchung ist schon erledigt. Wir kommen immer wieder hierher zurück ! Top Service, vielen Dank für alles.

I was very happy with the apartment with the terrace and the view of Venice. The location of the building is great for trips by bus or train. The supermarket opposite is also very useful.
A small broom in the apartment would be good for a longer stay. And maybe dishwashing taps. I couldn't use the coffee machine because I didn't have any capsules. I don't know if any will be provided.
But I still really enjoyed my stay and am happy to recommend it!
