Via Torino, the shopping street leading to Piazza Duomo, is at a few steps as well.

The first bedroom has a single bed, a two-door wardrobe, a desk with chair and a small service balcony, with a washing machine.
The first large bathroom with window has a hydromassage tub, sink, bidet and toilet.
Finally, we find the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
