The apartment is located in Milan city center, at a few steps from San Lorenzo Basilica and from its park. There are two supermarkets in this area, one in Via Torino and the other in Via Santa Croce. A pharmacy, a dry-cleaner and a bakery are at about 80 metres from the apartment, which is located in a neighbourhood rich of restaurants, nightspots and bars. Via Torino, the shopping street leading to Piazza Duomo, is at a few steps as well.

We find a table for four people, a two-seater sofa, a large bookcase and a 42-inch smart TV.
The window leads to the balcony with a pleasant view of the internal garden and a comfortable chair.
The kitchen is complete and equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The first bedroom has a single bed, a two-door wardrobe, a desk with chair and a small service balcony, with a washing machine.
The first large bathroom with window has a hydromassage tub, sink, bidet and toilet.
Finally, we find the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities.
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation.
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200.
