Villa Lena is a wonderful villa, overlooking the green valley of the Chianti, placed in the small picturesque village of Lucolena.
It boasts a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining table, from which you can admire amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is made of stone and is decorated with flowers typical of the Chianti area giving a fragrant aroma throughout.
The outdoor areas are embellished with a private pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by a well-kept lawn. The swimming pool has been bordered in natural stone, and is equipped with parasol and sunbeds.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a barbecue area for tasty grills with friends.

Villa Lena is situated in the wonderful area of Chianti Classico, known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical mark of the Gallo Nero) and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the “Via Chiantigiana”, from the nearby Greve to Panzano, from Castellina to Radda.
Even Siena, a splendid medieval city full of tradition and artistic masterpieces, is quite near, just 1 hour away by car.
Despite having its own private garden and pool, the villa is not completely isolated as it is close to other houses.
It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena: here you will find other medieval gems, of incomparable charm and still remained intact, like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra and San Galgano.
The villa is located in the little village of Lucolena in Chianti, where you can find all basic shops (grocery sore, bakery, butcher, newsstand...) and some restaurants and bars.
For sports lovers, we recommend to reach the nearby riding stable (2 km) or to follow trekking and biking paths.
For wellness lovers, you can reach the nearby spa of Villa La Borghetta in Figline Valdarno (9 km).
Lastly, if you love shopping, we recommend a visit to The Mall Outlet (21 km), where you can find the most important brands of international fashion.

2 Outdoor parking places

The property (220 sqm), spread over 2 floors and finely decorated, can accommodate up to 8+1 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The villa is characterized by wooden beams and terracotta floors, while the bathrooms have been finished in marble.
Basement area: On the same level of the barbecue, you will find a charming double bedroom with a four-poster bed, ensuite shower and masonry walls.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a lovely living area, furnished with two comfortable sofas, fireplace and wooden dining table. From this area you have direct access to the panoramic terrace with dining table.
Following a spacious and comfortable kitchen, fully equipped with: breakfast table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
Lastly, you will find a guest toilet.
First floor: The first floor, which is accessed via a central open stairway, is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms (including one with ensuite bathroom with bathtub), 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Second floor: In the attic there is a single open bedroom and a tiny toilet room with washbasin.
Included free Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed.

Beautiful country house with swimming pool and panoramic terrace, located in one of the most famous landscapes in the world, the Chianti Classico area.
Ideal accomodation for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a relaxing stay, enjoing the peace and silence, among the gentle hills of Chianti.
