- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Amazing place. I stayed in this apartment for 11 days. The place is nicely designed and upgraded, with all the necessary appliances.
Location is just 5 minutes from the Croisette and close to all the attractions of Canne. The underground Parking was also very convenient.
The agency was very attentive and always available

We had a wonderful time in Cannes staying in Le Bain De Soleil. The location was perfect for us - close to the beach, short walk into town and we were able to walk back from beach clubs at night feeling safe just a 15 minute walk away.
The flat was spacious, clean and modern. Each room had a balcony, with the main balcony off the kitchen and living area being very spacious.
The beds were comfortable with the bonus of air conditioning. Lots of wardrobe space for 4 girls clothing and strong wifi.
I would happily return and also be recommending to any friends or family wanting to stay in Cannes. Literally cannot fault the apartment apart from 1 tiny thing… it had no kettle!
Final thanks to Maeva for meeting us promptly at the apartment and being so welcoming. Very easy check in and checking out. We felt very looked after and could message if we had any problems or general questions about Cannes.
