This Villa is located in Le Petit-Juas, a chic residential area of Cannes. Petit Juas is made up of little streets, many of them one way, colorful apartments and gorgeous “bourgeois” and “belle epoch” houses and villas which are proudly looked after and preserved. The area is quiet, quaint but yet very close to the city center as well as the beach of la Croisette. Located near Boulevard Carnot, one of the main arteries of Cannes, it will allow you to reach the city center in just a few minutes, reach the motorway and discover other emblematic places on the Côte d'Azur. (Mougins, Grasse hinterland, Nice, Monaco, etc.).
It is ideal for delegates (23 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals - 1,6 km) as well as for tourists (23 minutes walk from the beaches 1,6 km).
This Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people :
- Surface : 120m² + 700m2 Garden
- Living room : flat-screen TV + comfortable sofa + dining table
- Kitchen : fridge + kettle + toaster + dishwasher + oven + microwave + coffee machine
- Bedroom 1: Could be set up as 2 single beds (90) or a king size bed & ensuite bathroom

- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.

Wunderbares Haus an guter Lage. Gut eingerichtet mit neuen Möbeln im Wohnzimmer und einer schönen Terrasse. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch... Blick ins Grüne. Nahe an der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

It was a very quite and serene stay at this old style villa _ we went back in time once we left the down town frenzy. The arrangements were very efficient , hassle free. Privacy guaranteed. Smells and garden wonderful. Walks ideal. Highly Recommended
