This large 3 bedrooms apartment is ideal for delegates (15mins walk from the Palais des Festival) as well as for vacationers (in front of the beach).
What's nearby: The Plage du Midi district is a very pleasant tourist area in Cannes. It is located just after the old port, only a few steps away from the city center and the Palais des Festivals. There you will find public and private beaches as well as many seaside restaurants.

- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
