History:
The Château Vallombrosa, also known as the Hôtel du Parc, is a historic residential building in Cannes.
It was built as a hotel for Sir Thomas-Robinson Woolfield from 1852 to 1856 on behalf of Lord Londesborough. Lord Londesborough later sold it to his relative, Marquess Conyngham. It was purchased by Marquis de Morès (later Duke de Vallombrosa) in 1860, who added a chapel and a landscaped garden. In 1893, it was purchased by German hotelier Martin Ellmer, and it became known as the Hotel du Parc until 1934. It was subsequently turned into a residential building with individualized apartments. It has been listed as a Monument historique since 1993.

Late check-in is possible on request at the extra price of €30 until 23:00 and €60 after 23:00 (to be paid cash at arrival)

- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
