MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

the apartment was immaculate , but the best part was dealing with the host Patricia ; what an amazing and lovely woman, she truly took care of me, she helped me move in with my luggage and was extremely friendly , when i left at 6 am she came by to say good bye, truly an amazing host that made me feel at home and i knew if i had a problem i would have someone to call in saint Tropez. thank you Patricia :) . for sure i will be staying in the same place for my future visits. the apartment itself was very clean, but most importantly the location could not be better; it is 3 minutes walk to any thing, the shops, marina , beach , all the restaurants etc etc ...truly an amzing flat with lots of light and views...thank you for such a beautiful accommodation. one comment i think it wasn't truly bad, however i think the AC system could be slightly bigger, in the afternoon hours and when the sun hits the flat directly the AC system feels a bit undersized, otherwise an amazing flat and most amazing host. i will be staying there again for sure. thank you :)
