It is an ideal base for your stay on the Côte d'Azur, away from the seaside crowds but only 3,5 km from the beaches of Mandelieu and 10km from the center of Cannes.

This charming family house (120m2) of 3 bedrooms with large terrace and Jacuzzi, is located in Mandelieu La Napoule, in a quiet and secure neighbourhood. Late check-in is possible on request at the extra price of €30 and €60 after 23:00 to be paid in cash at arrival.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests have to dispose their garbage following the rules of the city.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or any commercial activity inside the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The Barbecue must be cleaned at the end of the stay if not guests will be charged €100
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
