Sito nella centralissima Via Volta all'interno di una realtà esclusiva e di classe dove, con una breve passeggiata attraverso le vie del centro è possibile raggiungere le più famose attrazioni come il Duomo e piazza Cavour con la sua fantastica vista lago.

ll centro di Como è un vero gioiello, ricco di attrazioni e luoghi di interesse che meritano una visita. La città è molto pedonale, tra le varie attrazioni, vale la pena segnalare nelle immediate vicinanze.
La Cattedrale di Como, conosciuta anche come Duomo, che è uno dei principali punti di riferimento della città. Intitolato a Santa Maria Assunta, questo magnifico edificio combina elementi di stile gotico e rinascimentale.
Non lontano dal Duomo, si trova Piazza Cavour, il cuore pulsante di Como. Questa vivace piazza, circondata da caffè e ristoranti, è il luogo ideale per fare una pausa e godersi l'atmosfera della città.
Da qui, è possibile accedere al lungolago, un altro luogo imperdibile di Como.

We had two apartments and both were spotlessly clean, nicely designed (exposed stone walls, sleek furnishings), and comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The apartments felt very secure and safe, and they were very quiet. The location is perfect: 10 minutes walk to train station, even shorter walk to ferry, dozens of great restaurants and shops in immediate area. The host was so friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is very well located, right in the centre of Como. Walking distance to all the restaurants, cafés and shops. We had coffee most morning just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment itself is modern, looks recently renovated, was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. It has good air conditioning, lift, parking, water pressure, comfortable beds, and security. The staff provided excellent service, and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very professional service and a lovely stay.
Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment und auch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral aber ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Angela hat super funktioniert und sie ist freundlich.
Great stay
Great stay in the middle of Como. The flat is very clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and friendly. There were even some free drinks provided in the fridge. I can only recommend this airbnb and will be back in the future.
Great place for my family! Great location. Apartment is new and clean and they provided complimentary drinks which was great after a long day of traveling. If we come back we will definitely stay there again
This place was everything as described close to the lake and restaurants, we felt very safe. The check in process was seamless and hassle free. The appartment was super clean and clutter free. The only thing we noticed that the kitchen was lacking a toaster…that would have been very useful. Would definitely recommend it.
Excellent place for 4 people in Como. Super modern, clean, easily accessible and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and water pressure was great! Very close to the city center, it took us less than 10 minutes to get to all our stops (harbor, funicular, restaurants etc). The hosts were excellent, communicative and friendly, and actually met us for check in to explain how the apartment worked. Neighborhood felt very safe.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Es liegt sehr zentral und hat sogar einen Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin war immer super zu erreichen und der Aufenthalt konnte flexibel gestaltet werden. Es ist voll ausgestattet, sehr modern eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Wir können dies nur weiterempfehlen.
