Accommodation Description
In addition to the main internal entrance, the apartment also offers access to the complex’s common garden through 2 French doors that give light to both the living room and the bedroom.
From the entrance, you enter the living room and on the right there is the kitchen complete with induction burners, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen also has a chest of drawers and wall units that house the kitchen tools. Also in the living room, there is a table with 4 chairs, a double sofa bed, and a 40” TV. The living room leads to the bedroom which has a double bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and an armchair. The bed can be configured, depending on your requirements, as a double bed or as 2 separate single beds.
The bathroom, with shower, is equipped with a ventilation system (it does not have a window).

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Ottima soluzione per una famiglia numerosa con bambini sotto i 4 anni come la nostra. Scelta sicura e funzionale sia per stare all’aria aperta, sia per far svagare i bambini al chiuso nei giorni di pioggia.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole. La posizione è eccezionale e veramente gradevole è la stanza con accesso diretto al giardino.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva.
La posizione del residence è perfetta vicino al baby snowparc e le piste, il residence è moderno, ben attrezzato e accogliente, la vista sulle montagne mozzafiato (alloggio lato giardino). Comodo parcheggio, utilissima zona giochi per i bimbi, apprezzatissima area Wellness.
Unica grossa pecca: il divano letto! Per degli adulti (non anziani e non pesi massimi) impossibile dormici: mal di schiena a risvegli notturni assicurati! Anche per i bimbi è stato complicato perché, cedendo il materasso verso il centro, si ritrovavano di continuo uno addosso all'altro. Il personale, consapevole del problema e scusandosi più volte, ci ha messo una brandina supplementare nell'alloggio che ci ha permesso di passare notti tranquille (indispensabili dopo giornate intere sulla neve!) anche se un po' "accampati" (lo spazio nell'alloggio si è un po' ridotto).
Ah dimenticavo quindi il personale che è stato davvero gentile, accogliente e disponibile (a parte il ragazzo dell'ultimo giorno che ha messo un po' in dubbio la nostra lamentela sulle qualità del divano letto, quando gli altri ne erano pienamente consapevoli).
Stiamo in ogni caso già pensando di tornare (ma aspettiamo dritte su un alloggio con un divano letto utilizzabile!)

Struttura nuova e molto tranquilla . Personale gentile . Stanza bilocale molto comoda per due persone . Dista dal centro del paese 15 minuti ma è una bella passeggiata da fare in mezzo al verde . Gressoney fantastica e adatta a tutti, giovani, famiglie con bambini e anziani . Tanto verde e parco giochi . Struttura dotata di tutto compreso lavatrice e asciugatrice . Parcheggio presente. Qualche piccolo difetto nella stanza presente ma di poco conto . Abbiamo avuto un anche un upgrade all’arrivo . Vacanza estiva perfetta . E poi a chi piacciono le escursioni c’è l imbarazzo della scelta e nella struttura offrono buoni consigli .
