Accommodation Description
On the ground floor of the apartment there is a large living area with an open floor plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet. Upon entering you have the walk-in closet on the left and the bathroom with shower and ventilation system (no window). The corner kitchen is complete with induction burners, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, kettle, and toaster. In the middle of the room there is a large table, and finally the TV area with a sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, a pouf bed, and a 42” television. Large windows make the room very bright and allow access to the common garden. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2, and finally the bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedroom and the second bathroom are located. Here there are 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed, a double sofa bed (for a total of 4 sleeping spaces) and a four-door wardrobe. 5 windows offer a suggestive view of the mountains. The bathroom has a shower but no window. A wooden staircase leads to the loft.

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Wonderful location with clean spacious rooms and wonderful, helpful staff. There is a spacious garden with a view and also a spa. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommend it!

Super appart a Halldis Gressoney, on a accès à la petite station de ski à pied, le personnel est très sympathique, l'appartemenet est neuf, fonctionnel et propre. La Wellness area est très agréable (mais il faut payer en plus).
