Accommodation Description
Beautiful, extravagant, and welcoming 90 sqm, three-room apartment located on the 7th floor (with two elevators), open space, living and dining room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an amazing terrace. The property opens onto the day area featuring a wonderful view through glass windows and doors with an exit to the terrace and a stunning view of Rome and its surroundings. The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sofa The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat. The building was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlight its brightness and modernism.
Bedrooms
To the right of the living room, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), a bedside table, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is located to the left of the dining area and is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm), an armchair, wall-mounted television, and a large wardrobe.

The two bathrooms have sanitary facilities and a shower cabin.
Kitchen
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery, and crockery for six people. A beautiful dining table with six chairs completes the living area.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and wall-mounted television.

- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 5,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)

Apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. However, ideal for our 3 night stay. It was clean, had air conditioning and there were places to eat nearby. The area was quiet. It is on the 7 th floor but the lift was very efficient. The company representative did an excellent handover and was very helpful.

We stayed in apt 30. The balcony was stunning and it was great to have two bathrooms. The Location is amazing. Can walk easily to metro or termini. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.
