The building La Flavia Design City Suites was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019, it has 8 floors and 2 elevators and with its architectural particularity and careful choice of furniture its brightness and modernism makes it a special place for your stay in Rome.
It is located in one of the most authentic areas of the capital and close to the Trevi neighbourhood. Termini station, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini and the Rome Opera Theatre can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Via Flavia is located in the Sallustiano neighborhood which is located in the northern part of the Quirinale hill, one of the seven hills on which Rome was founded.
This neighborhood can be divided into two areas, one between via Piave and via Piemonte-via Salandra, with a moderate population density, and the remaining one up to via Bissolati, practically uninhabited and with a high concentration of offices and ministries. Close to Via Flavia there is the beautiful Piazza Fiume, where there are marvelous palaces of the past together with buildings of modern architecture. Near Piazza Fiume there is Porta Pia, a beautiful structure built by Michelangelo Buonarroti, which became famous in 1870, when there was the battle between the papal troops and the Italian troops, which marked the end of papal power and the return of Rome to Italy. Via Flavia welcomes innovation combined with history. Full of different restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the capital. The area is connected by bus and metro, it is located a few meters from Via Veneto, Piazza Della Repubblica, and Via Nazionale.
The area is full of restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops, in fact, there is plenty of choices.
In the area there are several supermarkets; COOP in via Venti Settembre open until 20.30 and also PAM Local Supermarket always in Via Venti Settembre open until 22.00.
The closest Cinema is located in Corso d'Italia 107, Cinema Europa.
The Gellini Pharmacy is located in Corso d'Italia n. 100 and is open 24 hours a day.
Parking
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

Hemos estado muy bien.
Soggiorno confortevole
Apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. However, ideal for our 3 night stay. It was clean, had air conditioning and there were places to eat nearby. The area was quiet. It is on the 7 th floor but the lift was very efficient. The company representative did an excellent handover and was very helpful.
The apartment is spacious, clean, with a balcony. It’s near Termini station and has amazing food and ice cream less than 2 minutes from the building. It also has a supermarket near.

El lugar y la ubicación muy bueno! La zona es increible, tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y lleno de restaurantes lindos. La zona está muy buena para disfrutar la ciudad mas como un local y no de manera turistica.
El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, la habitación es amplia y la vista muy buena.
El check-in y el check-out fueron muy rapidos y faciles.
Como puntos a mejorar, había algunas cosas fundamentales que faltaron pero las trajeron cuando las pedimos (iron and corkscrew).
En cuanto a la atención, impecable! Siempre muy atentos a nustras necesidades.
Sin duda volveriamos y lo recomendamos!

Nice Place, well situated.
We spent a couple of beautiful days in Rome.
The accommodation and location are excellent, in the center but in a quiet and beautiful street. An extremely clean and nicely decorated apartment with extremely comfortable beds was a pleasant surprise.
We stayed in apt 30. The balcony was stunning and it was great to have two bathrooms. The Location is amazing. Can walk easily to metro or termini. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.
Excellent value and responsive, efficient property management made for a perfect stay.
Spendido appartamento ben arredato in stile moderno e completo di ogni accessorio necessario ad una famiglia. Consigliatissimo per la vicinanza a diversi esercizi commerciali di varia natura nonchè alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici.
Abbiamo soggiornato con mio marito e mio figlio di 10 anni. L’appartamento è nuovissimo molto confortevole e funzionale. È in centro a due passi da Piazza Fiume, Villa Borghese e via Veneto. Lo abbiamo raggiunto a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Eccezionale!

Perfect place to stay in Rome!
Our Rome vacation was excellent. One of the reasons for this was the place we stayed. La Flavia was located in a peaceful neighborhood. It was close to the Borghese Gardens and the Trevi Fountain. It was also within walking distance of other central touristic areas. The suite we stayed in was clean and spacious. We felt at home. The items we used were clean. There was 1 detergent for the dishwasher, as well as small bottles of detergent and cloth for table or tile cleaning. The towels were clean. If needed, there were appliances available for use such as an iron, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. The only issue was that the shower was slightly clogged. We didn't have a major problem with it, but it should be checked to prevent it from getting worse in the future. In summary, if you ask whether we would stay at La Flavia again, it would definitely be one of the first places we consider. I recommend it.

Wonderful. Great location very large roomy. Largest apartments could find. Only down side no front desk. Must online francisco for entrance great value especially larger families. Very clean

A clean, big and well equipped modern apartment with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The apt. was as described, in a safe neighborhood, a little challenging if you arrive by car, but there are several parking garages in the vicinity. The apt. is an approximatively ten minute walk from Termini station and the nearest metro station, some main sights are reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. Neighborhood with quite a few restaurants, coffee bars...etc. When we moved in, Francesco patiently gave us all the necessary information and explanations concerning the apt. We would not hesitate to stay there again next time in Rome.

The locations is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the building was very nice.
We spent 1 month there: the perfect place to be in Rome.

Excelente place to stay for a week or more. The location is at a very nice neighborhood with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants near by.
L'appartamento era come descritto ed era comodo e pulito. La posizione era ottima. Unica cosa era un po' caldo e l'opzione d'aria condizionata non era attiva per il periodo invernale ma generalmente una buona esperienza ci ritorneremo.
La camera è ok, abbastanza ben curata e in posizione comoda per raggiungere diversi punti a Roma comodamente a piedi. Come critiche sottolineo che mancavano le istruzioni per il sistema di climatizzazione nonchè Domenica è venuta a mancare l'acqua calda sanitaria quindi ci è stato impossibile fare docce.
Struttura pulita accogliente abbastanza centrale, pienamente soddisfatti
Appartamento completamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort. A pochi passi di distanza dalle linee dei pullman e a 10 minuti dalla metro con cui andare a centro città. Appartamento pulito ed ottima accoglienza all'arrivo da parte di Francesco. L'alloggio era in via Flavia 93 e non in via Flavia 20 o via Veneto come riportato sul sito su cui abbiamo prenotato. Bellissimo appartamento in centro a Roma dotato di ogni confort, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli.
Comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi i principali monumenti di interesse della città! L’appartamento inoltre è limitrofe ad un comodo parcheggio a pagamento dove lasciare la macchina al sicuro nei giorni di soggiorno.
Lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione nel caso dovessimo ritornare a Roma!
Alloggio ubicato in zona signorile, ben servita da mezzi pubblici (bus), ristoranti, farmacia e supermercati _ L’arredamento è nuovo come da annuncio e vi sono cucina e lavanderia egregiamente attrezzate. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi _ Area condizionata perfettamente funzionante

The design of the apartment was super modern and cosy. The staff arranging pick up of the keys were very friendly.
Very pretty, clean, modern apartment, with good location - close to the street with lots of bakeries and coffee places and one of the best ice creams and cakes place in Rome - La Romana. About 2 km walk to main sightseeing places but it is a pleasant walk and a lot to see on the way. What can be improved with small cost but big difference are: soap in the bathroom, little trolley with shelves or some kind of additional thing for where we can place cosmetics in the bathroom, in the kitchen - brush for cleaning the floor. The street where the flat is located is quite noisy. Air conditioning was not allowing us to go lower than 24 C degrees but it was quite noisy at night. There is good internet connection in the flat and great to have a balcony as well. Overall very pleasant place to stay after walking entire day around magnificent Rome.
