Accommodation Description
This lovely three-room, 80 sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor (with two elevators) and consists of open space with a living room, dining room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property opens onto the day area. The building was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlight its brightness and modernism. The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (without bidet) is furnished with a double bed (dividable), a console with television at the foot of the bed with two nightstands and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has a convertible sofa bed for one or two people and a wardrobe. The main bathroom is accessible through the hallway where the washing machine is located in a wall cabinet.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms have sanitary facilities and shower cabins. The ensuite bathroom does not have a bidet.
Kitchen
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery and crockery for six people and a table with 6 chairs
Sitting Room
The property opens onto the living area consisting of a living room with an open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm), a comfortable pouf bed that converts into a single bed, a sideboard, a table with six chairs, and a television.

- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 5,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
