Accommodation Description
Welcoming and functional 45 sqm, two-room apartment located on the 4th floor (with two elevators), open space with living and dining room, kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat. The building was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlight its brightness and modernism.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (twin beds), two bedside tables, a wall-mounted television.

The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a walk-in shower.
Kitchen
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery and crockery for 6 persons. A table with 4 chairs completes the living area.
Sitting Room
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm), a coffee table, and wall-mounted television.

- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized by €200.
ARRIVAL:
-Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 20:00.
-Late check-in is possible: after 20:00 €40 cash is to be paid at check-in after 24.00 € 50 is to be paid in cash at check-in
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
DOCUMENTS:
- Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
CITY TAX:
- Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: Tourist tax of 5,00€ per person (over the age of 10) per night, for the first 10 nights.
Security deposit
- Halldis is required to ask guests to pay a Security deposit € 1.000 for reservations longer than 30 days(29 night)
FINAL CLEANING:

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort. A pochi passi di distanza dalle linee dei pullman e a 10 minuti dalla metro con cui andare a centro città. Appartamento pulito ed ottima accoglienza all'arrivo da parte di Francesco. L'alloggio era in via Flavia 93 e non in via Flavia 20 o via Veneto come riportato sul sito su cui abbiamo prenotato.
