It has a cozy bedroom and a lounge with two single sofa beds (suitable for children only), plus air conditioning and electric heating for a comfortable stay in any season.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large shower and a washing machine for your convenience. From the apartment there is direct access to a large shared terrace, where you will find a private table and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
Guests can also use the small swimming pool located on the terrace, shared with the other apartments in the building, for moments of relaxation and fun.

From 20.00 there is an extra charge of € 30,00 cash on the spot, after 24.00 NO SHOW

DOCUMENTS
Halldis is required to ask all guests to provide their personal information, including ID card or passport, and forward it to the local authorities.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYS OVER 29 NIGHTS
If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Security deposit in value between 200€ - 1000€ may be applied
Special conditions for long stays may be applied.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between h. 22:00 and h. 8:00.
- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
Violation of these rules may be penalized €200

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
