Halldis is required to have all guests provide their details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Halldis is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules, for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors under 14 years of age are exempt:
€ 1 per day per person
€0.5 per day per person in the periods from 1st of May to 15th of June and from 1st of October to 30th of November
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is permitted inside the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are permitted on request with an extra cleaning cost of 30€ and a deposit of 300€.
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Residenza turistico alberghiera composta da appartamenti dotati di cucina. Utile la presenza di una reception e di un bar, di una sala comune , di una lavanderia. Dotazioni spartane ma confortevoli. Edificio circondato da prato.

Struttura nuova posta in una posizione ottima sia per le piste di Staffal che di Gressoney Saint Jean. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, inoltre il bar per colazione e pranzi/aperitivi è molto carino.
Completano il tutto Spa e centro fitness nonché sala giochi per i più piccoli

L'appartamento era come da descrizione,monolocale funzionale e carino ottimo per due persone,forse gli spazi potevano esser sfruttati in maniera più ottimale, avere a disposizione un soppalco e non poterlo usufruire è davvero un peccato.Con il soggiorno lungo abbiamo usufruito del cambio ogni 5 giorni del cambio della biancheria e della pulizia.Zona lavanderia a disposizione molto gradita.Il residence offre molte opportunità di utilizzo, personale gentile e disponibile .

la struttura è molto bella e in posizione ottima, vicino al paese e ai percorsi pedonali. L'appartamento era delizioso e con tutti i comfort necessari e ambienti puliti e ben organizzati. La struttura offre numerose facilities (lavanderia, garage coperto, sport. libri, area comune con bar, ....) e i ragazzi della reception sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili.
